Warranty and service

General information.

We provide a 1-year warranty on Weintek products. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that may occur during this period.

If any defects or malfunctions are found in the product, please contact our warranty repair or technical support service to apply for warranty repair or replacement.

We care about the quality of our products and guarantee their quality for a long period. The warranty is an expression of our confidence in the reliability and high quality of our products.

We have a specialized warranty and post-warranty repair department, which you can contact and send the devices for diagnostics.

When sending for diagnostics, it is MANDATORY to attach a covering letter with the device(s) in which to indicate:

Defect or malfunction of the device, what to pay attention to;

  • Contact who can be contacted for clarification;
  • Return shipping address.
  • Post-warranty repair.

Post-warranty repair is carried out by sending to the manufacturer and can last 2-3 months:

  • Send the devices to us via "New Mail" (see our contacts);
  • Include in the package a cover letter indicating: the defect or malfunction to which you should pay attention, the contacts of the person you can contact for clarification, and the return delivery address.

After receiving the package, we will perform diagnostics and contact you to confirm the repair, as well as tell you the cost of the repair!
